In Liverpool we are blessed with remarkable square, black, receptacles bestowed with Liver Birds. These incredible devices (though some have been known to be cicular and grey but serve the same purpose) stand on the streets of Liverpool come rain or shine in order for people to have a place in which to place their RUBBISH!
So what the bloody hell do they do! Chuck it on the floor. A foot away from the BIN in some cases. There are bins set up to a couple of feet a part from each other and still people can not be bothered to but their rubbish in it.
I HAVE PRIDE IN MY CITY AND DAMN WELL KEEP IT TIDY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
